1. THE PLATFORM AS A LOGISTICS SERVICE
The Corner Co. is a technology and logistics coordination platform. We provide a proprietary interface that connects adult consumers with local neighborhood hubs for the secure, age-verified delivery of consumer goods. Our online transactions are strictly for the procurement of logistics, routing, and identity-verification services.
2. AGE REQUIREMENT & MANDATORY VERIFICATION
2.1 Strict 21+ Policy: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to access this Platform or utilize our services.
2.2 Mandatory ID Scan: In accordance with Georgia Code § 48-11-4.2 and the PACT Act, we require a valid, government-issued photo ID for every delivery.
2.3 Face-to-Face Handoff: Products will only be released following a successful physical scan of a valid ID by our courier. If the person who placed the order is not present or cannot provide a valid 21+ ID, the delivery will be aborted.
3. PAYMENT MODEL: DISPATCH FEE & PRODUCT CREDIT
To maintain our high-security local routes, we utilize a Split-Payment Logistics Model:
3.1 Service Fee (Online): Upon checkout, you will be charged a Dispatch & Age-Verification Service Fee. This fee covers the operational costs of courier routing and compliance software. This is a payment for logistics services, not physical goods.
3.2 The Courtesy Credit: As a courtesy to our neighbors, the Company will apply a credit equal to your Service Fee toward your final invoice of physical merchandise at the point of delivery.
3.3 Doorstep Transaction: The remaining balance for your selected products must be settled in person at the time of delivery using a Credit/Debit card or mobile wallet (Apple/Google Pay). We are a cashless service.
4. Logistics & Dispatch Service Fee
4.1 Service Definition: Upon checkout, the User agrees to pay a non-refundable Dispatch & Age-Verification Service Fee (the “Service Fee”). This transaction is strictly for the procurement of local courier logistics, real-time route coordination, and the utilization of our proprietary 21+ identity-verification software.
4.2 Merchant Categorization: The Service Fee is a charge for logistics services and does not constitute the purchase of physical goods. The Corner Co. operates as a
technology and logistics platform that facilitates neighborhood delivery routes.
4.3 The Courtesy Credit: As a courtesy to our local neighbors, The Corner Co. will apply a credit equal to the amount of the Service Fee toward the final invoice of any physical merchandise selected for in-person purchase at the point of delivery.
4.4 Non-Refundability: In the event that a delivery is attempted but cannot be completed due to the User’s failure to provide a valid 21+ government-issued ID, or the User’s absence during the scheduled window, the Service Fee shall be retained by The Corner Co. to cover the operational costs of the dispatch and logistics attempt.
5. REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
5.1 Service Fee Non-Refundability: Once a courier has been dispatched to your location, the Service Fee is nonrefundable.
5.2 Compliance Failure: If a delivery cannot be completed due to a failure to produce a valid 21+ ID, the Service Fee will be retained to cover the cost of the logistics attempt.
5.3 Product Returns: Due to the nature of the products, all doorstep sales are final once the transaction is processed and the courier departs.
6. COMPLIANCE & LEGAL DISCLOSURES
6.1 Farm Bill Compliance: All hemp-derived products offered through the Platform contain less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC by dry weight, in accordance with the 2018 Agriculture Improvement Act.
6.2 PACT Act Compliance: All nicotine and vapor products are delivered in strict accordance with the Prevent All Cigarette Trafficking (PACT) Act, requiring adult signature and tax reporting where applicable.
6.3 Regional Restrictions: We currently only service designated “Neighborhood Hubs” within the State of Georgia (Roswell, Johns Creek, Cumming). Orders outside our service area will be cancelled.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, [Your LLC Name] shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the Platform or the consumption of products delivered through the Platform. You assume all responsibility for the legal and safe use of products purchased.
8. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Forsyth County, GA.
