| Staff Nurse | GNM from an institute recognized by the Indian nursing council and candidates should have proficiency in the local language. |
| Laboratory Technician (NCD) | 12th pass and DMLT. |
| Medical Officer | MBBS degree recognized by MCI and DCH Or experience in working with thalassemia patients. |
| Counsellor | MA/ M.Sc in sociology/Applied psychology and experience in working with thalassemia patient and their families. |
| Staff Nurse | Complete GNM Course recognized by Indian nursing council (INC) and experience in working with thalassemia patient and their families. |
| LDC | Retired State Govt. employees (as per TOR). |
